History - “Experience since 1939”
Omniplex & the Harelbeekse Houtzagerij attach a lot of importance to environmentally sound wood production. Recent investments in modern exhausting devices, diverting wood shavings and dust to closed containers, illustrate our philosophy.
Objective: durable management of forestry resources
Our company values durable forest management highly. Large volumes are bought through ecocertificates. The most readily available ecolabel is  PEFC (Pan European Forest Certification). We can always provide specific labels for our customers. These packs are then clearly labeled.
The Consumer choses more often wood as Structural- and decoration material. The loss of Forest has taken enormous  proportions. Omniplex as wood import company does not want to be held responsible fort his loss, we support the sustainable  forestry. By Means of FSC®/PEFC certified wood, Omniplex is supporting the preservation of endangered forests. Being a member  of the FSC®/PEFC chain of custody we can guaranty our costumers to provide wood out of sustainably managed forests. We  provide a clear working method by taking part of this chain.  We declare to follow the guidelines of the FSC®/PEFC and ISPM15  standards. “Together we can work on the future, using wood out of sustainable managed forests we can prevent the further loss of endangered forests.” Van Oudenhove Timothy Managing Director
